Told Mitch his liability provision shielding unsafe companies from lawsuits is a non-starter.
Wants suggestions for executive orders to undo some of the mess Trump has made.
Asking for a pressure campaign to pass full relief/stimulus HEROES act, HR1, HR4,and HR 9 - fix voting rights, DC statehood, Puerto Rico statehood (if they vote yes), and undo Citizens United.
Also wants pressure to advance green new deal, green jobs, and income inequality.
He and Elizabeth Warren have bill to cancel $50K of student debt.
GEORGIA. It's all about the turnout. Donate to Fair Fight, make calls, send texts, do postcarding. We need to mobilize our side (and take advantage of the Trumpers telling their people not to vote at all!

VIRTUAL INDIVISIBLE NEW YORK STATE CONVENING
Saturday, Dec. 12, 7 PM- 8 PM
Sunday, Dec. 13, 2-4 PM
Monday, Dec. 14, 6-8 PM
Saturday - Happy Hour
Sunday - New York power in the Senate, using our power, and a day of action in January
Monday - state legislative action, getting ready for local elections, regional group breakouts
We’ll use this event to get a better idea of how Senate majority and minority leader roles work, how we can use our access to get our agenda passed, and better communicate with both our elected leaders and each other.
Since we now have a supermajority in the NY State Senate, we need to determine what new legislation we want passed, how to reform the BOE, and think about redistricting after the census.
The full agenda is here.
There’s a limit of 375 people, so register now. You’ll get a confirmation email with a link good for all the events.

We’ve talked to Senator Schumer, now it’s time to put all that into action. We need to pressure him (and help pressure people in red/purple states) to insist on real relief (with stimulus checks, not more corporate handouts), rent relief, mortgage relief, a green new deal with green jobs, and to restore and improve our democratic institutions. Trump failed because he was an incompetent wanna be dictator. What happens when a more skilled tyrant comes along?
PSA - COVID TESTS
People are waiting on line for hours to get Covid tests at City MD, but the public health system also has tests, with quick results. There’s also a wait time tracker.
